Hey, 1st off I would like to say whats up to all my bros!!! Sorry I havent been around. There is reason for that. Check this out. I went to the Dr. about 3months ago for strep throat. My Dr. did a throat check w/ the q-tip and gave me meds for strep. Well I lost about 10lbs and got down to about 195lbs. The meds didnt work and I lost another 10lbs. So now I was at 185lbs. When the results came back, I didnt have strep I had a bacterial infection that started in my throat but since the Dr, thought it was strep and ruled out any other possibilities, it spread through my body and was killing me. They put me on meds for about a month and said I had to be on a liqiud diet and I couldnt workout a month after I got better. So I lost another 10lbs. Well I was able to start working out about 3wks ago (which I did). Since then I have gained 4lbs. I dont want to get back on aas until the end of the year when I gain my 30lbs back. I got my hands on some M1T and want to use it to get my size back. I have never taken m1t b4 and dont know how much I need. I have been off of aas for about 5months and I have used deca,test,dbol in my past cycles. So if anyone can help me out it would be appreciated. I have read other threads but considering my cycle history would 10mgs be enough. I am currently at an embarrasing 179lbs.

Sorry to hear all that bro, hope you get back to your old self very soon. As far as M1T. Dont even bother with it. You say you dont want to go back on until the end of the year, well M1T is basiclly going back on. Leave it alone and just start eating again bro. You will be back to your old self before you know it.

yes i agree with bouncer! and glad your back bro eat hard train hard youll be ready come jan. thats one thing this site has tought me is diet is key i never could get over 230 before now with my diet in check im 244 at 9.75 body fat. so ill be the first to say EAT>

Thanks for all the kind replies. I really needed that. I have been eating like all crazy. My diet is in check and my appetite is back. The onlything is my size is the hardest thing to get back. I have been eating and sleeping good for about 3wks now and gained 4lbs and now I am stuck. I am just depressed a little. How long yall guys think it will take for me to get to about 190-195ish? Assuming my diet and sleep is up to par.
SC, my immune is all good now. The doc didnt allow me to workout for a month after I was in the clear, cause of the reasons you mentioned. But now I am in the clear to workout and everything. I am not sure if I am going to take the m1t right now or not. I think I might give myself a little more time to see if the weight comes bacl little by little. But if I were to ever take m1t how much should be taken and when throughout the day do you take it? Thanks bros. Much love to all that are there for me!

Why do people think M1T is somehow not the same as other AAS?
Dude, you would be better off just waiting like everyone else said. M1T is one of the strongest oral anabolics out there. I got more mass off 15 mg M1T ed for 3 weeks then I got from 35mg dbol ed for 8 weeks. M1T is not known for great strength increases though. It will pack on the mass but at a price. The sides are not good. Lethargy, irritability and loss of sex drive are quite common and it is HELL on your liver. Liver supps like R-ALA are a must with M1T. I have done two cycles of M1T and will probably never touch it again. The weight just isn't worth feeling like shit.

Yeah I know all about the sides and if I do take it I will be taking all the precautions like I do when I am on a cycle. I know m1t is considered by some to be just as good as "aas". But I dont mind on running something like m1t rather then running a test,deca,dbol cycle right now.
Also, I am just looking for an answer on what type of dosage and how long should it be run for someone that has real experience w/ aas. Thats all. At this point I dont know what I am going to do. Thanks.

I have to ask, Why? With the sides of M1T and having expiernce with AS why not just run a low dose of test if you are going to do something. Cause the girl wants me off of aas for awhile, cause everytime I get on she says I am too flirty w/ the gals. She says it causes problems to our relationship. Which is very true. So to make a long story short, she said I can get on m1t but not aas. She doesnt know that m1t is now considered a aas. Thats why. I have done two three week cycles of M1t, one ramping up to 15mg a day and the other sticking at 10mg ED throughout. From my experience I would recommend sticking with the 10 because the sides became unbearable at 15. From what I understand, spliting up the doses is a good idea because it helps keep test levels elevated throughout the day. I took 5mg at breakfast and 5mg at dinner. Also make sure to take milk thistle and hawthorn berry to protect the good ol' liver and help keep BP in check. Ok so its not something you have to take an hr b4 you work out to work its best right? It doesnt matter when you take it aslong as you do take it throughout the day I am assuming. Also if 15mgs is what someone is taking would it be good to take it like this. 5mgs at breakfast, 5mgs an hr b4 workout and 5mgs with your post workout shake. Or would this be better. 5mgs morning,5mgs approx. 3-4 hrs later and 5mgs another 3-4 hrs later? Also what did you gain on both cycles? Please let me know, just curious. I think that its best to spread out the doses evenly throughout the day. I also forgot to ad that I used a transdermal 4ad with each cycle to help combat the sides. I would highly recommend using somthing of that nature to help if you can get your hands on it. I gained an average of 10-15 pds per cycle and kept about 10 pds of that after. Granted my diet wasnt top notch at that time, so it wouldnt surprise me to see someone gain more. Good luck if you decide to try it and give us an update once in a while if you do.
