Yo I want to get bigger I don't know what to take don't really believe in supplemenets either. I like working out every second say or so, not to much makes me worn out. I heard about testosteone and something called deca. How do I take this. Thanks bro

You have alot of learning to do bro. Read Read Read. List out your diet and show us exactlly what your eating each day. What is your training like? How long have you been training. Regardless of what you believe, suppliments do work. They help suppliment your actuall diet. You dont just jump on steroids and get big like everyone seems to think. You need to have everything else in check. Just read as much as you can on the site and learn bro. Knowledge is power.

nothing is wrong with you, your just getting started with all this so alot of things will seem hard to you. just try and increase your calories slowly over the next few months. as you put on more muscle, your body will use more energy and you will be able to eat more.Originally posted by THE SOLDIERI know you have to eat but that is hard to eat 6-7 times daily i can barely eat three sometime is something wrong with me?

its not that hard bro, theres time i would eat up to 9 time sin a day, and those meals dont have to be all big but good quality foods. Good balanced meals. You just need to plan it all out, like the days u plan to eat, whether its every 3 hours or even 2. Its also hard when u work full time, for that try taking some protein poweders (shaker bottle) add some water and have a shake. Its better that than skipping a meal, keeps ur body loaded with protein.

I'm sure the meals you eat are 3 large meals. You wouldn't want that everytime. You want to eat in portions through out the day. Kind of look at it like this. A coal train only needs a certain amount of fuel to get from point A to point B. Well if you take more than what's needed at a time the rest will just sit. Just like if you eat a bunch at breakfast, then you have all this food in you. Your body only uses so much and stores the rest away. Your body dosn't want to have to use stored energy if it dosn't have to, so instead you get hungary again. You then eat more than needed and the vicious cycle continues.
