    This is my 4th week on As, and given the cicumstances of my life right now I feel ok. In the gym my workouts are great, my strength has gone up, my pumps are unreal! I can see my body start to make small changes.

    .....But I am currently going through a divorce, have money problems, and work at a high stress job. It's hard for me to eat properly all the time, and i've noticed my weight fluctuates 5 to 7 pounds a week! is that just water weight? also how do you guys deal with stress?

    thanx for all the help, I think i'm addicted to this website!

        The weight of 5-7lbs in a week is no big deal. Water, waste, etc..

        As for the stress, I still havent learned how to deal with that. You just have to try and relax and make the best out of a situation. Try and do something you enjoy and just know that things will get better.

            Stress is different for everyone. My personality allows me to not worry about things not really in my control. I try to keep the big picture in mind but not focus on it. Try to keep my focus on the next step and keep taking it one step at a time.

                In my life, stress seems to be an issue of too many problems at once. I know how to deal with it, but it doesn't make it easy, just a little easier. Take one problem at a time and solve it. Make sure you don't procrastinate, which seems to be what stress makes you want to do.

                Other than that, if you have insurance, perhaps you can see a counseler? (sp)

                  I've seen a counselor a couple of times it helped a bit, my biggest issue now is money and the divorce, I got some great bros around me so thats cool, but it seems like i'm constantly agitated and on the verge of losing it. I'm sure As aren't helping but I'm wondering what you guys do for relaxation, I just can't seem to relax, and I don't want to start taking bubble baths and burning candles and insence while listening to enya either...LOL.

                    Get involved in a martial arts if you have time. Great stress reliever, plus you learn something new and it's fun. When I was kickboxing, I dont know if I was ever more relaxed in my day to day life.

                      thats actuallly not a bad idea at all, I was in karate when I was a kid and I enjoyed it, and there is a new martial arts center open in my area, I think it's jujitsu, i might look into it. thanx

                        Sex...with a woman or yourself...whatever is available. Does the trick for me! Makes all those worries disappear for a while. I say this half heartedly, but it does relieve stress. Other than that, I would say take a mini vacation...I know you said money is an issue, but find someplace that you can just drive to for the weekend and maybe go to a campground, by yourself, and just relax...get away from the hustle and bustle of work, your divorce, the money...just take in nature and let it do it's thing.

                          I can loose 3 pounds of muscle in 1 day if I don't get enough protein........it is amazing to me that my metabolizm will runs like that.

                          My recomendation to you is to buy some suma root from superior-research later this week( it hasn't been added to the store yet ) it will increase protein absorbtion in the kidnys by 76 % so you woun't be pissing it away.....no more foam in the toilet

                            no you cant. lol. if you loose 3 pounds in 1 day it is waste/water that you are loosing. muscle just dosent go away like that.

                              thanx for the input guys I think I will look into the martial art thing, and i've already got a night this weekend to hook up with an ex-girlfriend.....I can't wait.
