  • Some opinions on a cycle

    Im thinking of going on a Sustanon 250 cycle and would like some opinions on it, ive never done Sus before just Deca but that was a couple of years ago and then i kind of got to little time for all the training and i started to loss weight.
    I went from 90kg's at 185cm tall to a measly 79kg's and when a stepped on a scale last year and saw that i gone down to 79kg's i litterly panicked, now i have regained up to 85kg again but now im stuck.
    My diet's a bit shifty since i work night's and dont have regular 9-5 life, but i keep about 3 hours betwen the meals and i stick to good carbs and a minimum of 35g of protein per meal and i keep this rytm up all the hours i am awake, but i aint to picky with the amount of carbs or fat, since i walk several miles each shift at work and i havent put on any visible amount of fat.

    The cycle i was thinking of was really basic:

    v1. 250mg Sustanon

    v2. 250mg Sustanon

    v3. 250mg Sustanon

    v4. 500mg Sustanon

    v5. 500mg Sustanon

    v6. 250mg Sustanon

    v7. 250mg Sustanon

    v8. 250mg Sustanon,
    50mg Clomid/day

    V9. 50mg Clomid/day

    I would like any pointers or suggestions, and yes i have done a whole lot of research around the diffrent gears and i got stuck on Sus, i first thought of going for a Deca and Sus cycle.
    But since i havent touched the stuff for so long i think my body will respond a lot on a smaller cycle to start up with and then maybe go for a Deca and Sus cycle in the fall or winter.
    I should mention that im raised with most part of my family working in hospital and medical related even i worked in a hospital once so when it comes to being correct in procedure and sterile equipment i am more then picky, and i prefer injectabels to orals for some reason have never done any orals just injections.

    well first welcome to the board bro! second why would you pyrmid up and down your cycle from 250 -500-250 no need for that pick at dose and run with it. personaly i think sust is over priced test with a fancy stack of 4 different esters. why would you want that? if your in a rush for your cycle to kick in run prop with test E much cheeper. anyways if you want my opinion id go with TEST E 300-500mgs per week for 10-12 weeks very simple and easy to do. if you run sust you need to shoot it EOD to take advantage of the different esters. good luck

      You would weigh about 187 in pounds, right? As for your diet goes, you should take in at least 70g a day more of protien. If you are going to be cycling you need at least that maybe more. I don't know how made up your mind is on running AS, but I would at least have your diet looked at since you said you have hit a plateau. Becuase even with AS, if you are not getting the right food, you are still going to have problems. You are averaging 5-6 meals a day. Try and move it to 7 meals a day.

        With "at least 35g of protein" i meant that if just have a small meal between to bigger meals i make sure that its at least 35g of protein in it, a normal meal can have a whole lot more and thats without the protein shakes i see them and the gainer supplyments to bee something so basic that i didnt think of mentioning it, i wouldnt think of using AS if i didnt go by all the natural suppliments first.
        I poor down 1-2 gainer shakes a day and always one after a workout, and a protein shake to supplyment low protein meals.
        My calorie intake a day would be around 6-7000cal a day, the people around me are wondering if my stomach is some sort of black hole.
        For example:
        15:00 Breakfast (night worker) a big bowl of oatmeal with a raw eggmushed into it and a shake.
        17:30 rice and a can of tuna
        20:30 pasta sallad with about 150g of smoked ham.
        23:30 a sugarfree fruit yoghurt (its 1l and contains about 36g of protein) an a dark bread sandwich with currychicken mix.
        02:00 a big baked potato with tuna mush (tuna, mayo and lowfat kesella wich is a dieri product containing almost only protein)
        04:30 rice and tuna again
        07:15 a mix of protein powder, oats and banana all much togheter in a mixer with milk.
        08:00 in bed trying to sleep
        Thats how my day was yesterday but if thats to little i dont know how to get more food in me on a normal day, and if i work out to you can put in another gainer shake between breakfast and the second meal there i showe it down going from the gym to work where the second meal is prepered.
        And my view on AS is that it should only be something to use to improve and assist, the most important is the workout it self and the second is the food i eat the AS is a third in my world without the two others i wouldnt go for it.

          I would run Enathate or Cyp over sust. Sust just has to many ups and downs. Go with a more balanced test.
