i am about done with my first batch and the steps i followed throughfrom basskillers site doesnt say anything about baking at my last step is it important to do this? and if so what tempature ? and for how long.?

Don't bake the tren. Heat decomposes tren to some extent. Just filter through a 0.2 micron filter into a sterile vial and you will be fine.
