  • intravenous injections of HGH

Has anyone heard of injecting HGH intravenously? I recently heard of a guy at the gym who does this. I thought to myself that it doesn't make to much sense because the life of the drug in your body will not be as long as if you were to do the typical recommended way of subcutaneous injections. I understand that IV shots last the least in the system, followed by in intramuscular injections an lastly subcutaneous lasting the longest. Is this guy a bone head? Before I give him my opinion I want to be sure that injecting HGH IV isn't the latest thing.

Sub-Q injections of GH are best. I wouldnt even waste my time with him bro. Just go about your buisness and let him be a moron.

Ya I thought so but I hate to see people doing the wrong thing. Its kind of like you looking out for everyone here. I have no idea where he came up with this from.

It can be done but he is taking a very big risk. If there is something wrong with his gh and it passes threw his heart, lights out!

Damn right...a blood infection would make an abcess look like a walk in the park in comparison. Not a good idea!

Funny. No I am sure what he said. I understand it can be done IV thats why I gave the break down in my original post but it serves no purpose. It is the least effective way of injecting HGH. I just wanted to make sure that it was the latest thing.

i will have to look for it but i had a study somewhere -

intravenously running your gh is better then sub q , BUT we are not doctors - you are pushing it directly into your vein -- the risks of doing this at home without a doc are just plain foolish --

i will see if i can dig up some info on it

i have seen that study and say its BS. they say IV is the best way but please find me 1 person in that study that even used GH IV. we all know sometimes things look good on paper but dont turn out so great in the real world.

GH works great for me sub-Q, couldnt work any better.

Plus trying to do it with one hand really has to be a challenge.

I wouldn't think the risk is worth it. There are things that can go wrong from going IV.

I guess it depends on what you mean by better and in what application its applied in. I have yet to find anything that states IV is the best method. I have read studies that say Sub Q is the best because it stays in your system longer. Its in your system for around 12 hours sub Q. While I think IV only lasts for 2 hours in your system. I think I even read an insert one time for genotropin that said sub q was the best method but I am not to sure.

                          I did come up with this;
Subcutaneous Absorption--The absolute bioavailability of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) after subcutaneous administration in healthy adult males has been determined to be 81±20%. The mean terminal t 1/2 after subcutaneous administration is significantly longer than that seen after intravenous administration (2.1±0.43 hr vs. 19.5±3.1 min) indicating that the subcutaneous absorption of the compound is slow and rate-limiting.

I am unsure what is meant by rate limiting.

Rate is the amount of drug per hour a it can be given. Rate is the measurement of time.

I know personally of 2 Pros who use GH this way....Closer one to me went into more detail....he stated that 4ius injected in his vains 2x a day makes him feel and see same sides as from 8-10ius of GH taken sub-q.
Most people will not take GH this was since its very risky....There used to be a big post on this long ago...
