  • Final week contest prep...Critique away.

    *Note*
    Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday I will be adding lots of salt to each meal.
    All water will be distilled.
    Cardio this week is just to break sweat and not to stimulate quads.
    Workouts this week will be 3-4 sets each and at high reps.
    I will be competing at around 175 lbs.
    As far as anabolics I'll be running Masteron 100mg EOD and Winny 50mg ED up until a few days before the show.


    Sunday
    40 minutes morning cardio and then take 1 boullion cube
    Meal 1 – 0.5 cup of oats, 2 scoops Isopure zero carb (26g of carbs/ 50g of protein)
    Meal 2 – 2 scoops Isopure zero carb
    Meal 3 – 7oz. Very Lean Beef
    Meal 4 - 2 scoops Isopure zero carb with flax seed oil
    Meal 5 - Post workout 50g protein/25g carbs
    Meal 6 - 7oz. Chicken Breast
    Take another boullion cube before bed
    Totals: 51g Carbs/300g Protein
    Water: 2 gallons
    Workout: Arms


    Monday
    50mg Aldactone a.m. and 50mg Aldactone p.m.
    40 minutes morning cardio and then take 1 boullion cube
    Meal 1 – 0.5 cup of oats, 7oz. Very Lean Beef
    Meal 2 – 2 scoops Isopure zero carb with flax seed oil
    Meal 3 – 7oz. Very Lean Beef
    Meal 4 - 2 scoops Isopure zero carb with flax seed oil
    Meal 5 - Post workout 50g protein/25g carbs
    Meal 6 - 7oz. Chicken Breast
    Take another boullion cube before bed
    Totals: 51g Carbs/300g Protein
    Water: 2 gallons
    Workout: Chest and Shoulders and then posing

    Tuesday
    50mg Aldactone a.m. and 50mg Aldactone p.m.
    40 minutes morning cardio and then take 1 boullion cube
    Meal 1 – 7oz. Very Lean Beef
    Meal 2 – 2 scoops Isopure zero carb with flax seed oil
    Meal 3 – 7oz. Very Lean Beef
    Meal 4 - 2 scoops Isopure zero carb with flax seed oil
    Meal 5 - Post workout 50g protein/25g carbs
    Meal 6 - 7oz. Very Lean Beef
    Take another boullion cube before bed
    Totals: 0 carbs/300g Protein
    Water: 2 gallons
    Workout: Back, Traps, and Calves.

    Wednesday
    50mg Aldactone a.m. and 50mg Aldactone p.m.
    40 minutes morning cardio
    8 - 6oz. Chicken/5oz. Sweet Potato
    10 - 5oz. Sweet Potato
    12 - 6oz. Chicken/5oz. Sweet Potato
    2 - 5oz. Sweet Potato
    4 - 6oz. Chicken/5oz. Sweet Potato
    6 - 5oz. Sweet Potato
    8 - 6oz. Chicken/5oz. Sweet Potato
    Totals: 490g Carbs/170g Protein
    Water: 1 gallon


    Thursday
    50mg Aldactone a.m. and 50mg Aldactone p.m.
    8:00 - 6oz. Chicken/6oz. Sweet Potato
    10:30 - 6oz. Sweet Potato
    1:00 - 6oz. Chicken/6oz. Sweet Potato
    3:30 - 6oz. Sweet Potato
    6:00 - 6oz. Chicken/6oz. Sweet Potato
    8:30 - 6oz. Chicken/6oz. Sweet Potato
    Totals: 490g Carbs/170g Protein
    Water: 0.75 gallon


    Friday
    50mg Aldactone a.m. and 50mg Aldactone p.m./ .5 tab demedex in the p.m.
    8:00 - 5oz. Chicken/7oz. Sweet Potato
    11:00 - 5oz. Chicken/7oz. Sweet Potato
    2:00 - 5oz. Chicken/7oz. Sweet Potato
    5:00 - 5oz. Chicken/7oz. Sweet Potato
    8:00 - 5oz. Chicken/7oz. Sweet Potato
    Totals: 490g Carbs/170g Protein
    Also: 3-4 rice cakes with jam every 2-3 hours from 8:00 p.m. on until I go to bed
    Water: 0.25 gallon / none after 6p.m.
    1 glass red wine in the evening

    Saturday
    Aldactone if necessary
    6a.m.- pancakes and chicken breast
    7a.m.- pancakes
    Simple fast acting sugars close to stage time around 9 and glass of red wine

      well first off you must not be a fan of shtloading.

      Second run the winny up to show day.

      I deplete the carbs starting Sunday with 100 ed...3 gals of h20 ed until wed...then it's how I look depending on how many carbs I need. Also i cut the h20 to 1/2 gal on wed 8 oz on thurs and none...just sips friday. I start carb loading friady with 2 potatoes eo hour along with pancakes and such.

      Sat if not spilled over, nice carbed meal am

      sugar bust right before hitting the stage. Hard sugary candy and a chug of red wine to bring the veins out. I like the idea you have that in...

      Secret tip. When you sleep friday, sleep with your feet propped up to pormote the blood into the muscles...do the same when waiting forr prejudging and mandatories. Afterwards go home take a nap, eat if you need or of you look good leave well enough alone

      I can't really critique because everyone is different. I am 35 days from my show. Best of luck, you must be lean as to keep those carbs in. Make sure to have 4 pair of trunks just in case...apply pro tan 7 coats friday night. dry with hair dryer...apply another before leaving. Add Hawaiin Tropic oil at home before you leave. it will mx with sweat...and then you can towel off as necessary before prejudging...want a sheen not a shine. Hit those poses and do well bro...best of luck!!

          Good. At least not the light heavy's that's where everybody is. I thought I'd be where you are but b/f was so high down to 163 and still dropping. Guess I'll end up in the lightweights (sigh)

          Good luck...got updated pics? I'd like to see what you look like one week out. the transformation will start this week. you'll be a difffernt man by sat. take pics because you won't recognize yourself!!!

            Well the first competition I was going to do is July 9th not this weekend, but I think I'm going to forego that one and only do National Collegiates which is a little less than four weeks away. I'll post pics again at a week out.

            A really close friend of mine is doing National Collegiates with me as well and he'll be in the light heavies but he will do just fine.

                I don't want to step on stage if I know I won't do well. I'll decide this friday if I'll do the July 9th show or not. What do you think of the last weeks diet?

                  only thing i would change is the sweet potato. i like whole grain brown rice and chicken for my pre-contest meals. either one will work but brown rice works best for me.

                    What do you guys think about the shitloading plan....?

                    I've been reading about it and it sounds nice and all but a lot of things are left out i.e. sodium information for the week and diuretic information as well as water info.
