  • Need recommendations on current cycle....

    Hello i am starting a cycle which is:

    Fina .75cc EOD (100mg)
    Prop 1 cc EOD (100mg)

    I am going to be doing it for 8 1/2 weeks long EOD( i just started this week). My goal is to get bigger and cut, but i want to get more big than cut. I was wondering if i should add in 10cc of EQ maybe in week 4 of 8 1/2 prop/fina cycle to add that even more size that i want. I weigh 155 pounds, eat healthy and have taken 4 cycles that have always included deca only or with sust or d-bol(which i know was terrible, but that's what happens when ur a first timer and don't know anything). Also, for PCT i just got 50 ml of Nolvadex and was wondering how much and often i should take a week after the cycle just the fina/prop cycle. But my biggest question is if it's dumb to take EQ to solve my problem of getting that even more bigger size in the middle of this cycle and if 10 cc is good enough because that's alll i have money for. If i should take EQ, how much and how often should i take it???

    Bro, you're 155lbs and you've done 4 cycles already? Just curious...what weight did you start out at?

      You don't need to add EQ. You need to add more food. Food is the best anabolic around and without it (and lots of it) you can take all the AAS you like and you won't grow. If you want to bulk you need a minimum of 3500 cals ed at your weight with 300 grams protein.

      I am speaking from experience. I am only about 160 myself. The difference is, I try to mantain that weight. Also, that is 35 lbs over my natural weight. I have to eat 2500 cals ed just to maintain what I have. If I wanted to bulk, I would have to up it considerably. If I get sick for a week and can't eat like I should, I'll drop 5 lbs quicker than shit and it will take months to get it back naturally eating 3000 to 3500 cals ed.

            diet

            I started out weighing around 125 lbs and never lifted seriously except for the past couple years. I have gained a lot of size and strength compared to when i started prior to first cycle. Alot of people wonder how i only weigh 155 and people always think i weigh around 175-180(altho bottom line i'm not). I eat a bowl of cereal or oatmeal with an egg sandwich every morning. For lunch, i'll have 2 egg whites, salad, turkey sandwich or chicken, and yogurt. Then i do eat unhealthy things in between such as snacks. Then for dinner i have steak or chicken(tons of different ways) every single day with bowls of rice or pasta. I'm not that good at ideas of things to eat to bulk up everyday. I don't like fish tho(which i def know is the best source of protein). I occasionally eat tuna fish for a snack.

                then I would add at LEAST two protein shakes to your diet and some more calories in the morning. a good breakfast is 8-10 egg whites with one yolk and then add in some meats or veggies for flavor.

                  Bro, I wasn't asking to flame or anything, but it just seemed like after 4 cycles that you would be bigger, but being a hard gainer and what sounds like a propensity to not eat enough it makes sense....I'd listen to what some of the folks here have mentioned...eat at least 3500-4000 cals a day and get your macros down. I would make a log of your food to keep on track. As far as ideas, well there are a ton of recipes on these boards that could help. As far as your PCT goes, you might want to consider getting some clomid to help on bringin back the boys. Adding more compounds to your cycle may not be the missing link in your situation.

                    Not flaming you; just trying to be honest with you.

                    You aren't eating enough by a long shot. My natural weight is 125 lbs too and that is where I was for my entire adult life before about 4 or 5 years ago. I too am a hard gainer.

                    You need to be eating every 2.5 hours for 5 to 6 meals ed. At least 50 g protein per meal with 30 to 40 g carbs and 10 or so grams of fat. The carbs should ideally be more low GI carbs like whole grains, brown rice, or sweet potato. For the most part, stay away from refined sugers, white bread and the like. Fish oil caps can be part of your fat intake and are a good source of omega 3's (good for cholesterol). R-ALA (alpha lipoic acid) is a fairly cheap supplement that aids in carbohydrate metabolism and is an excellent anti-oxidant as well. You do need to take biotin supps if you take the R-ALA but that is dirt cheap as well.
