  • Workout On Cycle - Some Input Please

After talking to some people on other boards and some personal friends...I'm thinking of doing a workout where I train my bi's, tri', and shoulders twice a day, giving at least 8-10 hours of rest in between workouts and then after the day is over give them a weeks rest and do it again the following week.

For me, it seemed like overtraining to the extreme, but for the people I've talked to, they say it works really well during an anabolic cycle !

Have any of you guys tried it and do you think it is worth trying or not?

Sounds like a shock routine. like anything i wouldnt do it for a long period of time as your body will just get used to it.

Hey Bouncer...you are right about it as being a shock routine....I believe it to be a very hadcore and extreme shock routine as well. I think it would work great for about 1-3 weeks...but I'm not sure how effective it would be for long term use. I look forward to hearing other opinions !

It sounds interesting, the AAS should keep the overtraining factor to a minimum. I haven't tried anything similar, so I can't comment on it's effectiveness, but it can't hurt to give it a try and see how it feels.
