Yj is right... too much fat in ground beef to cut... maybe 1-3 meals a week you could get by with, but the majority of your protine needs to be extremely lean. Chicken, turkey, fish, egg whites. i would consider the beef and pork psudo cheat days.
also carbs in the evening get stored more readily than protine and fat. Eating to cut sucks..
also winny alone will not do much besides maybe add a few lb to your strength... and if you eat big you could put on a few lb as well, but most would just be from eating big. winny wont really make you cut, unles you are already cut!
