Really it would depend where the server is...... If it is somewhere where there is no chance that the place will be busted, then it wouldn't be a problem..... An example would be some computer nerds house, who never does anything illeagal..... Now, if it is in Bouncers basement........ since he is juicing, then there is some chance that his house could be raided......... So... not really a good idea.........

Other than the server being in the US or not, unless the connection is encrypted then the data posted is sent in easily decypherable text, in which case anything you say or do is " not secure" on the internet.

There is no "secure" email....trust me. I'm ex military and I can promise after the Freedom act that Bush passed. The feds can do anything. I've seen and done it myself under the new laws that CNN hasn't talked about. But they are more secure to hackers and that kind of thing. But not to the Feds. The only thing that stops them from doing the impossible is laws and rights. And now.....they've changed.
