  • T3 Or Clen, which is better for fat loss?

Hey Fella's... I am basically giving my best to drop a bit more body fat. I have been dieting for about 8 weeks now and been ding cardio consistantly 5x's a week. I have used liquid clen from lion nutrition before which gave me very good results after I finished my first cycle of test cyp 10 weeks 500mg/week in February. I've read that some people feel clen is better but others prefer liquid T3 to help shed a bit more body fat. In all honesty which one do you people feel is better? I have never used T3 before and now clenbuterol is good, but I'm anxious to give something else a try. I'm 5'11" 205, 13% BF and trying to get to around 9 or 10% bodyfat in the next four weeks, thanks a lot fellas..... THE WARRIOR!

If you are not getting ready for a show I would stick with the clen since it works well for you. The T3 may drop the fat but then you still have to deal with the rebound effect.

Damn few have as good a diet as they tell themselves they do. I prefer clen, by all means. T-# eats up too much of my muscle.

9:30am- 50gram slam from GNC(shake that contains 240cals 50g's of pro and 7grams of carbs).
noon- 8oz chicken breast with 1/2cup of oatmeal
              3pm- 50grams slam from GNC
preworkout nutrition- 10grams of creatine, 1 scoop of NO-Xplode
Post workout nutrition- L-Gams of glutamine Powder 5-10 grams of creatine

I would not use T3 unless you are competing. that said when I used it for a short stint before not wanting to mess with it...I didn't notice anything. even with clen I just feel jumpy...the best thing I do to make sure I look tight is dropping the carbs and sodium.

What time is your workout? Add some carbs to that pre workout meal (w/ the creatine and xplode)

Ill assume postworkout you have a shake, with around 50g of whey. Also, drop the glutamine as its useless to weight training adults.

Add more veggies, green beans are fine, but add some more green vegetables.

Also, not a problem, just a suggestion, use this breakfast time for some eggs. Eggs are natures best protein source, might as well have some for breakfast aye? Unless of course you dont like them.

Overall not too bad, its obvious you know your share of nutrition.
