    ive been using various gear for about a year now, ive gained about 55 pounds, not all muscle though, i need drop about 15-20 pounds to be lean, looking for help with cycles, diets, even routines, thanks in advance

    post up your diet. let me save you the trouble....it sucks. i would start there and incorporate some cardio.

      diet and training is the most important thing when it comes to fat loss, if they are not in order then you won't get the results you want no matter what drugs you use.
