If you're prone to gyno, or can feel it, anti-e would be a good choice.

It doesn't have much to do w/ what your on...it has more to do w/ the amount that you are taking. Most men take an anti-e at the end of their cycle to prevent gyno. Some men don't take any.

There is no need to take an anti-e when you're using non-aromatising steroids. Anti-e's are only needed on cycle if you're wanting to prevent the side effects of more estrogen from aromatising steroids or progesterone based ones.

So it would be better to take it at the end of a cycle if you don't have gyno already?? :(

When you come off cycle, you have to take a SERM in order to get your endogenous test production back up. When talking about anti-e's, usually you're talking about anti-aromatases and SERM's. Anti-aromatases like l-dex, aromasin, and letro are no good for post cycle therapy, they're for prevention of gyno while on cycle. SERM's like clomid and nolvadex are what you'd need to take for pct.

but shouldn't I take something for gyno anyways to make sure I don't get it? Rather be safe than sorry.

Here is the way I look at it. Very few of us actually compete and I doubt any of us do this professionally for money so IMO I would be as cautious as possible. Health should always come first. Just because you have never experienced gyno problems doesn't mean that you won't.

Better to be safe than sorry amigo!

Hey wheyman I totally agree with ya. crazykris ya got nothin to lose. You should always take percautions especially when it comes to anit-e. Always avoid consequences such as gyno that's never fun.sometimes if it gets bad enough it comes down to some expensive surgery.
