    What is your experience with t-3? I( am wondering because I have been told if you wan to burn more fat t-3 is the best to use because their isn't any side effects if used right! Any feed back?( :pig:

    There are always side effects when you supplement any drug. I found that it did work well for taking the fat off, but as said by many people there is no need unless you are getting ready for a comp. Once you come of and by the time you finish battling the hypothyrodism you are pretty much left with what you could obtain naturally. So if it's just for over all appearance that you want to maintain, just keep working with a clean diet.

      A good diet and some cardio will take the fat off like no other. What is your diet like? Please post it.

        I have used t3 with good results. Remember though, that the propensity to burn muscle is raised substantially if AAS are not taken alongside. T3 burns calories, and doesn't differentiate between protein/fat....
        I have taken a low dose of T3 without AAS with good results before, but, everyone is different. Remember to supplement properly as well, and I suggest performing Thyroid PCT (T-100x, Colleus Forskohli, etc)...

        Again, what Bouncer and Shibby have said is spot on, I'm not recommending t3 to you...

          What is a good amount of time to be on t3 and how long off before on it again?

            I've always stayed on for six weeks and went off for 8 weeks. That seemed to be most common cycle lengths and what worked best for my system for getting back to normal.

              To be honest I always liked clen better than T3, with the anti catabolic properties of clen I always did the 2 weeks clen followed by ECA stack and switched back and forth

                  I concur, although diet is the most important, i think that clen is a good way for you to see results, espeaciily if you are going to run it off cycle, due to its anti-catabolic effect
