Im about a month off my cycle and did post cycle therapy and all, kept my gains and lost a little strength. The question is can I still gain muscle without the gear eating 7-8 meals a day ( high protien meals). Im still hitting the weights heavy.

it is very hard to do , you will be fighting the physical : I;e; coming off cycle , but you will also be fighting the mental complications of not being "on" anymore , but it can be done bro . we all gained naturally at one time or another

thats the number one thing killing me right now, the thought of not being on.

Juice, you can, but the psychological factors might kill you. Just try to keep what you've got, and to do that, you're still going to have to train with high intensity (hard to do when you're already looking at training without the gear negatively). I know I'm guilty of slacking a little when I go off. Just keep your head in the game and keep driving hard at the gym, pushing at least damn near close to as hard as you were while on, and you should be fine.
