If you don't have the diet and training dialed in and maintained for a long time, the rest of the "stuff" won't help you..........

So you want drugs to help you keep the gains you got from taking drugs? If your PCT is on and your diet and rest schedule is on then you will do ok.

Those are quite respectable numbers. If you acheived that naturally, there may be no need to enhance. How old are you and how long have you been training? What type of program are you on now? You may just need to shake things up a bit, training-wise, if you are at a plateau.......

You say you have a good diet, but we need to see what you are eating so we can really help you. A change in your diet or workout routine is all you need. What are your stats, age, and history in working out. Have you used aas b4? We need to know the answer to all these questions bro.

                1. Run proper PCT (do a search...it should include HCG, nolvadex, and clomid)
                2. Continue to eat high amounts of protein, and keep overall calories on the high side.
                3. Continue to train intensely, but cut down on your volume a little bit and add in an extra rest day or two to your training split.

Those are the keys to maximizing the retention of your gains.
