I started feeling a slight itch on days 2-3, but I didn't see any inflammation at the nipples. I have natural fat deposits there so I didn't think it was gyno. By day 6- after my second shot- my nipples were definately getting puffy and more itchy. I knew it was gyno so I took 80mg Nolva. Today's day seven and I'm continuing on 80mg ed until it subsides. How long does it take for Nolva to take effect? I'm having a heart attack here.

It all depends. Can take months for it to completely go away. Do you have a lump under the nip or is it just puffy? If you want to be on the safe side, drop the cycle and continue on the nolva.

You are on 200mg test cyp every 5 days and this is only the 6th day of your cycle? You must be VERY sensitive to gyno so plan on running nolva throughout your cycle as well as afterward along with the clomid. Maybe you could try something a little stronger like liquidex.

I notice a lump below my nipple, but I've had fat deposits on my pecs since I was a teenager (the main reason I started working out). The reason I'm sure I have gyno is because my diet is much better now and everything else on my body is getting cut up while my pecs seemed to have have regressed.

I didn't mention it because I thought it wasn't important, but before this I had started a cycle of Oxandrolone at 20mg ed. I was up to the 5th week when i discontinued and started on test. Could the gyno be a result of estrogen rebound from discontinuing my previous cycle? I thought var barely affected hormone levels, but perhaps the mild effect of it combined with an influx of exogenous test which repressed my natural test further caused an estrogen rebound early as opposed to regular post-cycle?

Also, should I take all the tamoxifen pills at once or spread out ingestion throughout the day? I got the 20mg pills.

I don't think 5 weeks of var would cause any significant amount of estrogen rebound...you're just probably very sensitive to estrogen, and the cyp is doing it. I know my nips can itch within days even using long esters, so I include aromatase inhibitors right from the get-go. i was getting it on a tren and prop cycle... i dropped both and have been hitting the nolva at 60ed for a few weeks now and it has pretty much gone a way. I was running both at a low dosage and am not positive which caused it.

I may go back on with just the tren in another couple of days and find out for sure.

any tren over 350mgs gives me progestrone(sp?) gyno badd. ill bet it was the tren.

80 mg nolva is too high of a dose. I would drop it to 60 mg or even 40 mg ed. Stop the cycle and continue the nolva and it will likely resolve itself. Continue the cycle and keep up the nolva and it may or may not get better. If you are to continue, get a AI inhibitor like arimidex for sure. Letro has interactions with nolva that decrease the effectiveness of both; not a good idea.
