has anyone had their packages partially opened

i got my newest shipment today in the mail.. someone definitely tried seeing what was inside.. the package was torn open.. luckily my source wraps the powder in a few different things so whoever tore it open never got fully to the powder... they got to the layer before it.. anyone had anything like this happen before?
