I just started my cycle wednesday and my ass is super sore. Is this normal. Also can someone give me directions on the exact spot in the ass to shoot? I was also wondering how long does it take before you really begin to see/feel the difference? It's a deca and test stack and my buddy told me to take a 1 ml of each a week. (His twice a year cycle)

Need alot more info to help out here. Who makes the stuff, how many mgs, and your injecting procedure. I'm assuming this is your first cycle. But around the end of week 3 you should be seeing something if they are both long esters. -
