i just duck into B&N, grab a venti iced coffe from starbucks, gather up all the muscle zines and duck into a corner to read them. it costs $2.50 for the coffe and a couple hours - but i don't waste money on stupid magazines....

i never realised how potent suspension was untill i read the article. it has major plus' but at the same time has alot of side affects. when i get home i will wsrite more about the article.
