hey guys ive been studying letro and ive read that its effective in reversing and stopping gyno while on and after cycle, but is it also effective in reversing gyno left over from puberty? :hmm:

Do not believe so, gyno from puberty is already set it and will need to be surgicaly removed.

Letro won't get rid of well-entrenched gyno. It may shrink it down a little, but to be rid of it entirely you will need surgery.
