I've read that Vitamin B12's primary functions is the formation of red blood cells and the maintenence of a healthy nervous system. I know that B12 is necessary for the rapid synthesis of DNA during cell division. I've also heard that B12 can alter the brain characteristics in such a way that it can motivate a person in all aspects of life. Does anyone have any personal experience with this? I'd like to know because I'm concidering its usage along with my mulit-vitamins.
