when making a winstrol suspension?

Let say im trying to make an oral suspension.. 40 ml---50 mg per ml .. I only had about 30 ml of everclear left. Can i just use 10 ml of water or is it not going to suspend properly? I dont feel like going to buy a new bottle of everclear when i only need 10 ml

I wouldn't. if your making a suspension ( that is not desolving the powder and just mixing it well) then it thats ok. otherwise
