  • B12 Information

I have a seen a few people ask questions about b12. I just wanted to know where to inject b12 and how much to inject each timeand how often? I know it is near to impossible to overdose on b12, but what is the recommend dosage. Thanks in advance for your help. :)

1000mcgs once a week is plenty.

So you suggest 1mg shot per week, no dividing the shots? I have never taken the shots but I did want to try it out for appetite reasons. I am trying to get to 215lbs b4 I get back on aas next year. So I am trying anything at this point that is natural. Let me know if that was what you were saying. Thanks, bro.

Wow, this may be a whole bunch..but I've been on and off B-12 for about two years and when on I inject 1000mcgs EOD.. Increased energy, stimulates the appetite, just a really good anit-ox.

500 mcg ed or 1000 mcg eod is a good dose of B12.

Is supplemental b12 really any benefit? I've heard you get plenty of b12 if you eat red meat and the b12 is only benefitial for like vegetarians and stuff.

I really dont care about the energy factor of it. I just really want to know the truth behind the theories of it being able to work wonders on appetite. Anyone out there?

My appetite is great with it. I also take a Super B-complex, VitC, R-ala, Omega's, DHEA, Magnessium, Potassium and Green Tea tabs ED.

I get 60cc's a month and pay less than $10 with my insurance. Kind of outrageous what some sponsors charge for B12; $1 for a CC
You should get Synthelamin which you only have to inject twice a week due to the time release stacked esters in it. Screw those daily shots.

Synthelamin is cyanacobalamin and hydroxycobalamin, 2,000mcg/ml.

A 100ml bottle of Synthelamin is under 50 bucks and it will last you a whole year, so less than a $ a week for double strength, timed release B-12.

By comparison, just straight hydroxycobalamin of only 1,000mcg/ml is $10 for 2ml at the pharmacy.

Synthelamin is sold by a board sponsor - www.synthetek.com

Yes, but you guys are getting cyanacobalamin which you have to inject every day. The estered stuff you only have to inject once or twice a week.
It all depends if you want to be a pin cushion or not.

i myself enjoy only having to inject my b12 1-2 times wk. the synthelamin is definitely a much better quality b12 than the vet versions.
