  • NO2??while on cycle

I've been researching this and I found a really good price for nitric oxide @Superior-Research.com:http://superior-research.com/shop/pr...cd20827f4abfcb I've used this stuff in the past and I wanted to get some more, my question is it an effective compound to use while on cycle?

Check YJ's post of Nitric Oxide products. I cant find it right now but it is a good read. Says the any no2 type product does nothing for muscle growth. If anyone else finds the thread on this please post.

I doubt there is ANY way a supp is going to cause more protien sythensis than juice can do.

nitric oxide stimulators are very effective, especially on cycle IMO. It does alot more besides give you great pumps and increase RBCs. Increases metabolism, speeds up recovery, enlarges mitochrondria, helps build NEW muscle fiber, enlarges old muscle fiber, ect.

Then perhaps you should actually take the time to read the aforementioned thread.... when you can present 6+ studies that back up your point and not supplement ads, come talk to me....

NO2 is garbage. Only thing I ever noticed was a lighter wallet and lower body temp.

no 2 is nothing but L arginine -- take 500 to 750 mgs of l arginine in between meals throughout the day and you will get the pumps -

it does work and thats from personal experience

My buddy tried NO2 for a while and he said he thought it gave him pumps but wasn't sure if it was just his mind. When you take shit like that you want to believe you are getting bigger or feeling more pumped, therefore you think you infact are.... placebo effect.

The placebo effect has been proved to cause as much as 30% of the effect in some cases, i got this from a company that does independent human testings to study and determine the effects and sideeffects of drugs and alike.
People who use worthless supplyments can get good results from them if they belive they actully work, they push them selfs a bit harder at the gym and they get more serious about the diet to get that little extra from there new supplyment, and then theres our mind that has the potential to perform small miracles if we belive in something hard enough.
I talked to one of the scientists that worked there (i was thinking of joining an experiment there since it pay´s good) and she said that they have had some funny exempels of the placebo effect.
They had two guys who where good friends there trying out a new stomach medecin and they give some placebo and some the real medecin but the ones in the testgroups dont know who gets what, one of them got a bigger dose of the medecin and the other one got placebo.
When the one who got the real medecin developed a side effect of diarrhoea so did his friend who got the placebo.

I think you hit the tail on the donkey, when you said that they adjust there diet to improve the effect of the supplement. Meaning, it was the change in diet that gave them the extra edge not the supplement.

i have been taking the vitamin world brand no2 and i have not noticed anything major. maybe slight pumps, but that could be in my head. I must admit that the placebo effect does boost my work outs though. I figure im spending money on supplements XY&z so i end up working harder in the gym. Someone send me a bag of sugar and tell me some crazy story about what it is and I will work out harder..... funny how that works.
