i am new but i will also throw in that if you intake any caffine or ephedrine type substances that semi act like diuretics then it flushes it out anyway. also if you are looking for pumps and rapid expansions then go with slin, but do your research beforehand

I dont know about the articles but NO2 did squat for me. Stick with protien, BCAA's creatine.

I just want to emphasize the last part about doing the research. Slin is nothing to fuck with. It can literally kill you if you screw up and that's no joke.

Well arginine does improve blood circulation around the body throughout the muscles, therfore speeding up recovery and transporting nutrients throughout muscles I have to say myself no2 by MRI gave me some of the best pumps in and out of the gym, I say it works and would probaly increase the effectivness of a cycle, now nitric oxide probally doesn't directly affect muscle growth but it definetley helps, arginine is one of the many amino acids, and amino acids are the building blocks of protein, cmon lets think here

Again, I don't think you read the mentioned thread. YJ dosn't say that arginine isn't useful, but that messing with your NO2 is more detremental to you health than the good you get from using it.

I agree. Plus I would like to add by saying, just cause you had your best pumps on no2 or any product alike doesnt mean jack shit. Cause I will say myself that I have tried these products and I had a very good pump, but never any size gains what so ever.

This makes sence, I know I should do my part in order to see the effects.

I have a study to back it up.....i studied myself, ive beens through two identical cycles, and during the 2nd one i used hemodialators to increase my recovery, and the overall effect was poitive. i recovered much faster, enjoyed the even more enhanced pumps, and felt better overall, i also gained more weight the 2nd time around.

Ok thats all good but just cause you gained more weight then the last dont mean anything. Was your diet the exact same? How much weight did you gain? And how much of it was muscle? Also bro, just to let you know, there is no study that proves muscle growth is caused by taking no2 products.

i did not say that the muscle growth had anything to do with the no2 products, and im not gonna get all into the clinical talk, i just said that the overall benefits of the cycle, IMO, were better when i used the no2 products.......
