why both?

guys, i need to know why i would need both clen and tourine. i was out to find some good clen and found it on www.lionnutrition.com . but the thing is they sell clen and tourine together. why would i need the tourine with the clen?

tourine helps to keep your muscle's hydrated so they don't cramp. Clen can make your muscles really dry. Also if you order from superior-research it helps support the board and it's the ecaxt same product.

I cramp easily on clen if I don't use a few grams of taurine per day. Taurine is a must when using clen IMO.
