A "BIG" problem I see in your diet that stands out, is the fact that your post workout shake is not even a post workout shake at all. This is what you need. You need water,your protien powder, and some type of carbs (I use gatorade powder). You cant use your PB cause you cant have fats after you workout out because, you need something that will burn fast and not interfere in your recovery. Also you need to have a pre workout shake that consist of the same but not as much. Also if I was you I would take the creatine after your workout included in your post workout shake because this is when you need all those supplements in your muscles in order to jump to anabolic state. Great decision bro - you had me worried there for a while. You have plenty of progress to make and a ton to learn before you inject. If you get your body in better shape now and add 20 pounds etc then when you actually gear up you will be building off of a much better base. Stick around and learn as much as possible.
