This is my first cycle. I, after reading up and listening to some of the vets in here, decided to keep it simple. 500/wk test. At first it seemed that I gained a pound or so every week. This is week 8 of 10 and I have not gained an ounce in two weeks or so. I have not changed my diet or training, should i? Is my body just getting used to it? Have any of you guys experienced this before? thanks BB

count your caloric intake of a day with your diet you have now and add 1000 calories to it. Make it clean like an extra protien shake but you simply have to eat til it hurts. Also are you getting enough sleep, the only time your body grows is when you sleep...... just my 2cc's ECTO

Thats right... EAT EAT EAT. I'm not even on a cycle right now and I eat my ass off. I've gained 8 solid pounds in about 3 months. I eat so much that I have to take about 5 craps during the span of a day. Gotta train your diet. Eat 8 -10 small meals throughout the day. All consisting of moderate carbs and lots and lots of protein. 3 meals a day wont cut it. Even if they are packed full of protein your body can only assimilate a certain amount at a time. Overdoing protein intake in one sitting wont do shit. You've got to spread it out through the day. Keep that metabolizm churning. Natural foods are best but if you gotta spank down a shake do it. If I screw up one day the day after I make up for it. Make sure you are lifting good too. Lift HEAVY. Do your compound lifts, deadlifts, flat bench, barbell curls.. etc. You can also do negatives (very slowly lowering weight) and static negatives (holding up the weight until you cant anymore). This will tear your muscle up good. I guarantee you if you eat good and let your muscles rest after a good day of negatives your gains will def. go up the following week. If the day for that particular muscle group rolls around and you are still sore, DONT LIFT. Take a break. Work some muscles that are not sore. Just a few tips that might help. With 500mg Test E you should be strait stackin' on some meat.

thanks guys for the replies. I was in a hurry the other day and forgot to post my stats. 5'9" start 180-182 about 10%bf, current 193-195 still about 10%. I am gettin about 3500 cal p/day. I am still gettin alittle stronger, but not too much. My diet is pretty good, maybe I should just be gettin in some more cals. The rest thing has always been a prob for me. I have two jobs, so I only get about 6hrs on ave. I guess I have just answered my own question... I was kinda hopping that this was normal and all. I'll keep it all posted and try to straighten out my problems with sleepin and eating and see what happens. Thanks again guys. BB
