I'm on a test and deca cycle in which i was instructed to take 1 ml of each a week (the guy who i got it from who also use this cycle). I'n 5'10 5'11 ish and was 190 but now 197 after three weeks. This is my first cycle and I can lift for longer than i would ever thought possible. I don't feel the strength gains everyone talks about and was just wondering is that what normally happens you get more energy and then you start getting those great strength gains later? On a really positive note I'm sexing my girl better than ever, i can go anytime. Just a little more information i've been working out much more and my shoulder look like they've gotten huge, but I don't really hit them that hard in comparison to everything else and everything else has just gotten a little bigger. thanks

Well it's obvious you didn't give a shit about listening to anyones advice before. You never posted your diet, like it was asked. You are running more deca than test and I don't know why. My guess is because you were looking for someone to tell you what you wanted to hear and not what should be done. Go back and read the threads you have already posted on and that will give you some of your answers to your problems. Why shouldn't anyone waste anymore time heping you since your not going to listen anyways.
