letrozole (femara) is a stronger anti-aromatase, as is aromasin. However, many feel arimidex is the best choice when other factors are considered. For example, if estrogen levels go too low, you lose your sex drive. Also, letro is known to be a killer on the lipid profile (it lowers 'good' cholesterol).

Well, thats a good question ...
The most powerful and effective in my opinion is "Teslac" It is the most effective anti estrogen but harder to get a hold of then arimidex and more expensive ....arimidex is the more practical choice of the two ...
