    I've considered purchasing clen to speed up to process of losing fat & I'd like to know of your personal experiences with it (the pros and cons).

    Pros: Increased fat loss and energy

    Cons: Profuse sweating, easy to get dehydrated unless consuming a ton of water, prone to cramps unless supplementing with 3-5g of taurine daily

      You forgot the headaches..At least for me anyway; I had some killer headaches the first week, but after that it was smooth sailing.

        I like it periodically, but do stay well hydrated. I get foot/calf cramps if I don't
