bout 1 week into my cycle within a cycle and I'm gettin such severe pain in my lower back from the infamous d-bol pumps, about 15 mins into the workout(chest and back) i started getting that severe pain and tightness, stopped for a few mins (less than 5) and stretched trying to get it to go away, felt a lil better but was doing dead lifts and it just got nasty did the set dropped the wgt didn't even undue the straps and just went on my knees and just didnt move, waited my 45 secs did another set, and so on... by this point my lower back was in such spasms I had no idea how to finish my other exercises, did some incline bench and it was just a wicked wicked pain... I know I looked like an idiot laying on the floor with my legs on the bench but I could honestly care less what people thought, they could go fuck themselves for all I care. Either way my 1 hr workout really sucked bad, I mean the lifts were good strength was nice but between sets I was a total candy ass laying on the floor, by the end I did crawl between the decline bench and flys just cus it was so bad... I've used the nice thai pinks many times and each time this shit happens is there something I can do to help make this not so bad, and don't say stop taking them, I am dedicated to my sport and lifestyle beyond the point of hearing people to lay off, I'm looking for suggestions not ultimatums
Sorry if this sounded too edgy I just really hate the intense lower back pumps from the thai's I'm thinking of heading back tonight after a lil cat nap(1am) and try to hit a few extra sets, I feel like I have a lil bit of steam left in the ship
