Ok. So I'm basically brand new to anabolics, not having used for around 15 years, when I ran a 1/2 cycle of Equip. in college in '87 to try to heal a college football ACL - that worked very well. Trying to avoid weight gain as I am a crit/sprint bike racer and muscle is great but extra size is not my goal.
I'm 5'7" 180 now (low fat but bulky looking) and I'd like to be a ripped 165.
Now I've started running the following:
(My goals are to heal my knees and train to get back to bike racing. Muscle is fine but I really want to avoid weight gain.)
I am running:
Deca - 200 mgs/week
Equip - 200 mgs/week
Test enanthate - 100mg/week
2 iu of HGH daily Jinotropin
I will run the top 3 for like 10 weeks and I plan to continue to run the HGH for many more months. Is that a good plan?
I have received some great advice from a prior post but I'm also looking for when to incorporate ancillaries.
