PTC Acne ??

i stopped my cycle of prop and tren 1.5 months ago. started nolva at 60ED due to gyno... after 2 weeks dropped it to 30mgEd and I am still running it at that dosage. It has helped on the gyno, but i have been breaking out on my back lately.

could this be from the nolva?

Don't know, but nolva has never given me acne.

Its really not the nolva but the imbalance, my skin calms down while im on cycle but when I come off it gets wacky the best product i've found so far is Neutrogena body scrub its got that salicilic acid in it , i use it 2x a day and works well. Clomid usually gives people acne moreso than nolvadex, what did u get the gyno from if its tren read my thread its a few down about tren gyno, u need femara and bromo fast

B5 is suppose to help with acne problems...

This is assumed. But then again, assume makes and ass out of u and me. Some people have claimed to have good results supplementing with B5 but the majority say it is crap and didn't do anything at all. The amount of B5 that needs to be taken is exteme as well. I've ALWAYS had light acne on my back since I was about 15. Sometimes none and sometimes I get a bunch of big'uns. I just try to always take as many showers throughout the day as I can..... never use a bath towel more than twice... change my bed sheets 1-2 times a week and swab down with alcohol every night before bed. It's been helping me alot. That and I also use Dial antibacterial bar soap. Hope some of this helps.
