letro dosing??

Hey bros whats the lowest dose of letro that you can take during a cycle that can still be effective?

I take .25mg ed. That's one spray. No bloat, no gyno. May not be the same for everyone though. Most start around 1.25mg eod.

I've been using S-R's letro for about a month and one squirt ed works fine. It really blows off the water well to help keep that hard look. Any more and it can make your wrists and forarms hurt like a bitch.

i am the same also but keep in mind that if you keep the bloat off then it will lessen the gains you make. you need some estrogen in a cycle or it isnt as effective but at the same time we dont want boobs either. i dont worry about it to much when bulking but when i prep for a show i run it for about 2-3 wks along with ldex. i do believe that i got better results from the letro though
