    This for newbies or anyone else that cares to read. I have noticed a lot posts coming about clomid, nolva, PCT...We can't stress enough how important PCT and DIET is. Most boneheads at my gym know nothing of the two yet they run cycles and with no gains.

    PCT is important for recovery for one thing and it also helps you keep your gains. Diet is the other main factor in this equation. Take me for instance, I was running a 12 week cycle of test/eq; nothing special. I made some solid lean gains, but towards the middle of my cycle I went through a lot personal problems. When I finished my cycle my diet was shit and I started PCT 8 WEEKS LATER :spank: :nono:

    Luckily it was a mild cycle and I didn't experience any sides, but I did lose all my gains plus some. I am at 168lbs now and I feel like shit! When I start my next bulker instead of adding to my gains I will be trying to get back where I started; this simply isn't the way to do it.

    Hopefully this will help most realize that AAS isn't a "problem solver"; it's more of an aid. If everything else like your diet, training and PCT isn't in order then you are just wasting your time, money and subjecting yourself to sides instead of gains.

    good post bro. good info.... pct and diet is very important and im glad to be part of this board to learn more info on everything and all the things i dont fully understand yet...
