Lately I've been so bloated, I'v tried using peptobismol but isn't there something more effective? I hear liquidex is good for this kind of stuff, what are your opinions?

I've never heard of pepto for bloating...Give me some info so I can help you.
increasing water intake helps alot. Letro and Liquidex are great options
