    So Ive been reading about b12 and have found some really good threads on it... but I also heard that you can get enough b12 if you just eat a lot of red meat. So would b12 be mostly beneficial for just those who dont eat a lot of meat?

    Im doin it now got it thru superior research, doin 1000mcg 2x a week gettin more energy and nasty food cravings... you wanna put mass on then take b12 to keep your food cravings at a max

      Fo' shizzle. Human grade B12 is easy to get and cheap. Big ole 100ml bottles. I'm gonna be diluting my Testabold 450 with it so I will be extra extra extra hungry.. and I already eat everything in sight !

            No prob I've experimented with 500 mcg eod and 1000mcg e3d, and I like the 500mcg eod works best for me and keeps my cravings of food constant

              Is this injectable you guys are taking?

              Just curious if this is b12 injectable or oral? Will it be good to take with tren, he he he he...I'm hungry, Later guys, RedMeat

                B12 is injectable. Use a slin pin and inject into the fat of your stomach or you can always mix it with gear and inject into the muscle.

                B12 never did anything for me. I used it for about 2 months with no difference in my appetite or energy levels. Hope it works better for you.

                  I've always cut it with my tren and did intramuscular shots, chad, you only hit them sub q? ever try intramuscular just food for thought

                    I haven't used it while I was on cycle. I tried to use it off cycle to increase appetite and help keep gains. No need to have more scar tissue so i always have shot B12 sub q.
