Hows this for a first cycle??

Hey guys just want to know your opinion on doing this for a "FIRST" cycle.

Test E / 500mg (250 twice a week)

and for a PCT NOLVADEX

just want to hear your thougts

That is a great first cycle, in fact, that is what is often recommended. I would run it at 8-10 weeks. PCT, I would go with HCG & Nolvadex.

sorry yeah - thought about a 10 week cycle - then wait 2 weeks then go on the NOLVADEX - I need to look into the HCG.

should be no need for hcg after that run, the dosage is ,moderate as is the time frame.

Since it's test e, if you prefer, you can just inject the 500mg once a week.

thats what id do if i could do it over again! you didnt mention how long? i like 10-12 weeks more on the 12 side. someone sugested HCG there probably would be no need for that. and as shibby said you can do all 500mgs once a week no need to split test E. post up you PCT. good luck.

Some people feel that by the end of the week, the level of test in your blood starts to decline since you're about half way to the half life point. Some people say they can feel the decline, so they like to pin twice a week to keep the blood levels of test steady. Probably all in their head, but I like to pin twice a week, but really you don't have to. By pinning it all at once, you save yourself a pin and save yourself from being stuck again. Your choice.

my first cycle was test e -500mg once a week

you can inject once a week -- i have done it both ways and found no real difference --

i like to side with less pinning when possible

I would like to see you run it at 250-300mgs max. I dont think anyone needs more then this amount of test on a 1st run.
