so i read that finasteride is used to help with hairloss, but only for body builders right? ive been reading posts about guys who want to give their girls clen to help burn fat, so would it be possible to give finasteride to my mother in law whos hair is going really thin? just a thought....

You have to misconceptions...
1. Propecia (finasteride) is for any male with male androgen alopecia, bodybuilder or not. I
2. Absolutely not. Women should never use finasteride. There is a significant difference in male and female hormones and the pathology of hairloss, they are not comparable. Women should strongly avoid finasteride.
