How much more thermogenic would you say clen is compared to ephedra?

well, bro, I can only give you an anecdotal answer, but here it is: I cycle 120 mcgs of clen / day for two weeks, then 75 mgs of ephedrine HCL two weeks. At those dosages, I would say clen is 2x as thermogenic as ephedra. Again, purely anecdotal.
Not that anybody would do this, but I strongly advise against exceeding 75 mgs of ephedrine HCL / day.

If you feel like a crackhead at 25mgs, that's good in a way, this means you are not as resistent to it. You may be getting the same benefit at 25mgs as someone taking 75mgs. What you need along with the answer to the question is a general rule of thumb about mgs to weight to age, to gender etc. I know that doesn't answer your question, but it's food for thought.

That's good stuff to think about so far, thanks. But I was hoping to find something more along the lines of when I had a question about how much my 400mg of green tea extract was compared to caffiene. YJ answered that the 400mg of extract yields 8-9mg of caffiene. Curls4dgirls was pretty close on what I was hoping to hear.

In my experiences 60mcgs of clen is about equal to 75mg of ephedra..I may have built up a resistence to ephedra as well. I will say this though, I never have to go up on epehdra..I got up to 100mcg of clen and got to where I wasn't feeling the effects as much. Again, this may be the way my body works and it might be different for everybody else.

I have seen those numbers quoted also, but I would like to see where that was measured. I find clen gets me hotter than E but I stay warm for a much briefer period than E.

I am just the opposite here... I have taken as much as 125mcgs of clen a day with little sides if any, however If I have not had any ephedrine for a week or two, a stack of 25mgs e,and 200mgs caffeine will keep me going for a long time....One thing for sure though, it does seem that over the years nothing seems to "hit me" like it did when I was 21 and a virgin to all these compounds... Tolerance perhaps, but I have only taken clen 3 times in the last 8 years... so I am not sure what the deal is...
The last clen I bought was research, and I was not impressed....I could feel it for the first 15 minutes, then it would fall off, and I kept getting terrible headaches on it, so I sold to a buddy of mine.

Due to the headaches and since I was not "feeling" much of anything I only used it for a week and then got rid of it... Years ago, I was dieting for summer vacation and I could "feel it" and had continual fat loss everyweek.. my best results with the clen cycle was by running it at 120mcgs for 3wks then 2wks of ephedrine i wont reveal how much i take because i have built some serious tolerance. i have to use it to curb alot of sinus infections so it isnt necessarily from me abusing it. i do use about 75-100mgs ed when bulking just to get a little nudge at the gym.
