I'm twenty years old, and would really like to get going on my path of bodybuilding success. I'm current 160, and eat like a horse, I am educated on macro/micro nutrients, and nutrient timing. I'm ready for my next step to increase power and more than anything SIZE. Any comments or recommendations on what I can start with. Thanks!

1st off I wouldnt take that advice until you answer the following questions. What are your stats?, how long have you been training naturally? What does your diet look like? Also if you were to start 400-500mgs of test is way too much! All you need is 250mgs a week thats all. But IMO I bet with diet you can gain what you want. If you got pics that would also help. Dont make the same mistake I made and start too early b4 your bones and joints are ready to hold all that muscle you would add with aas. Unless you want to mess yourself up and be in pain a lot dont do it.

You are too young. Period. Train hard at the basic compound moves and eat right, meaning a lot of clean food. At 20, you still have plenty of natural growth in you, and if you do it right, it won't come all that slowly either.

I gave my brother a diet and routine when he was 19/20 and I was shocked at the gains he made. All he used was vitamins, protein powder, and a little creatine.

Man, if only i knew then what i know now.

:agree: More people need to read this before being allowed to post some of these questions.
