No! You don't want to overtrain. You should train appropriately and eat accordingly-you may just need to cut back on protein. How many gms/day are you eating now and what are your current stats?Originally posted by SuKaDaddioThats an intersting perspective, I guess I should work out more in order to utlilize it all huh?
BTW, it seems there are other things that can cause gas-I just started CEE and seem to have more gas now. I don't know if that's a direct cause of the CEE or if it's an effect of other ingredients in the supplement or the way they interact with other elements of my diet.

You need to post your stats and diet. You may be eating too much protein like everyone else has said - OR - you may just need to change your diet around to get more solid protein etc.Originally posted by SuKaDaddioCan excessive protein cause gas? How did you come up with your planned protein intake - have you figured out your BMR etc???????
If everything above is researched and in check you may be able to benefit from a digestive enzyme.
