so my nipples arent puffy but have been a little itchy all morning. im not sure if im being paranoid about getting gyno, but should i take some nolva just in case? and at what dosage?

Itchy can be a sign of gyno about to rear it's ugly head. I'd take some nolva just in case. Probably around 40mg would be good.

itchy nipples is a sign. i would begin nolva.
