I get my blood work done a few times a year and thought I would share some information regarding my current labs and my old labs... I began a regimen of 50mgs of clomid a day to help increase my lh and fsh levels due to the fact that I had a sperm count of zero.. That was in the middle of May, now in the middle of August here are how things have progressed..
May Labs:
Overall Test: 577
FSH Levels: 0.77
LH Levels: 0.05
At testing I was taking 60 mgs of Evista a day and 100 mgs of Androgel ( which equals out to 10 mgs absorbed)..
August Labs:
Overall Test: 615
FSH Levels: 8.4
LH Levels: 23.9< That is too high
At testing I was taking 50 mgs of clomid per day, and after I found out we were pregnant I stopped taking the clomid regulary... It was sporadic at best.
I have a question for those knowledgeable enough... My doctor is willing to put me back on my Androgel/Evista regimen, or he said he saw no problem leaving me on the clomid for the rest of my life either.... I am not sure what to do... My wife and I want one more child after this one, I am just not sure if using clomid long term will be worse than not having anything at all or the other combo... The thing is I need HRT of some sort, I have since my early 20's, and I have a family history of hypogondal men...
Spidey what do you think??
Thanks for the input
