  • Test Only Cycle - Lowest reasonable amount

    I know that a test only cycle is the best way to go for a beginner. The question I have is this. What is the lowest a person should go for the amount taken. I usually see a suggestion of 200mg/week with test.

    I know every person is different and gains will depend on diet training. I am just curious about the lower limits that still would allow gains.

    Say for instance would 100mg/week of test for 10 weeks still give weight gains.

    in all honesty you will hear answers that those amounts won't do anything but they will. my first cycle was the worst possible cycle ever. it was 6 amps of sust spread over a month and I put on like 20 pounds in one month. I would think 200mg per week would be fine. Again some people say that is just HRT but I disagree because if it was you would not see any net change in your body structure but i GURANTEE you would see a change.

      That really depends on the person. and you need to provide more info, wieght, hight, traning and such. but most everyone agrees on the 300 to 600 range for the avarage size person. However even that doesn't mean much, I see almost nothing on anything less then 700mg actual test a week, but I can run 50mg of tren a day and see good results. everyone reacts differnt. also not all test is equal, for instance I an using 900mg test deca but that isn't anywhere near the same as 900mg prop more like 700mg of prop or around 600 something of actual test.

        its your first cycle your gonna grow just looking at the gear. that being said im a 400-500mgs a week guy but i wouldnt say no if you went with 300mgs of coarse depending on your diet and weight.

          200mg/week of a good brand of test will work, 500+ is better imo, but 200 still will get your some favorable results with little to no sides effects.

            Again, as stated above it depends on the quality of the Test and results will vary amoung each individual. With that being said I would not go lower than 250mgs./week. The usual suggestion for a first cyle is 400-500mgs/week. Good Luck!
