sry guys i didnt know where to post this one i tried looking in areas to get some ideas but recently ive felt that my biceps have had alot of pain with workouts. mainly the right. Flys, pull downs, rows, i have avoided curls the past week because of pain. I dont know what to do. At the same time ive felt the tendonitis in my elbows inflamming up when my bicept begins to hurt. Ive been icing and heating. Alot of vitam e and glucosimine to help heel the injurty. if anyone has advice for what i should do to get to heal faster please repsond

There is no way to "make it heel faster". It will heal at your own bodies pace with rest only. The other stuff you supplement is just to make it feel better and keep swelling down so it dosn't inhibate the healing process. Lay off the heat for a few days and just rest, ice, and NSAID's. You could be expierencing some detireation in the bicep brachii tendon, which conects the brachii to the radius, which activates supination of the forarm (palm up). With this irritation and inflimation, pressure is created through your whole elbow joint displacing your lateral epicondylitis (elbow tendon) and creating irritation there also.

take some time off and rest injury. use some aleve or ibuprofen to reduce irratation/inflamation. if not better in one week see a doctor.

well I would say take some glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM, some amino acids, glutamine, vitamin E and just rest it up until pain goes away, this happens to me with my right rotator cuff but I'm stubborn and don't like to skip workouts, so I lower the weight and avoid straining too hard or any exercises that causes discomfort.

If you have tendonitis, you really need a minimum of 2 weeks off, still means u can hit legs hard etc or cardio it up for a while, but why make something minor worse then have to take months off down the road
