After i got back from the gym today i was in the shower and noticed the palm of my left hand up into my thumb was a really dark purple, it does not hurt at all but I'm wondering if my gear could have something to do with this? It has gotten alittle bit lighter in color but it is still discolored. I'm currently running 600mgs test e a week, and 50 mgs dbol a day. Any advice or comments would help.

The "Chest and Tri's... and a bit of Bi's" workout is phenominal! Tony Little swears by it.
But anyways, fun aside, you could have simply ruptured a vein in the palm of your hand and it bled for a while before the platelets patched it up. It will just reabsorb like most bruises in a few days. In the mean time try not to aggravate it.

not to be a wise ass but if you felt that there was something medically wrong go see a doctor - posting questions about health related things on a bb forum is just going to get the answers you pretty much got so you wasted your time -Originally posted by kingjAfter i got back from the gym today i was in the shower and noticed the palm of my left hand up into my thumb was a really dark purple, it does not hurt at all but I'm wondering if my gear could have something to do with this? Sounds like a bruise from the benchpress. Might want to make sure your grip is good. If you're as young as YJ is making you out to be, he's right, you shouldn't be on gear at all.Originally posted by kingjI was doing chest and tris.. did a bit of biceps too.
